We are thrilled to announce the commencement of the FSDH WIBI Coaching Programme, designed specifically for female business owners. This initiative represents another important stride for us as we continue our relentless efforts aimed at supporting the female economy and contributing to the overall growth of the Nigerian economy. The programme which will span for an eight-week period is set to kick off fully this Saturday, 6th April following the induction of 30 talented women representing diverse sectors such as Consulting, Marketing, Fashion and Beauty, Pharmaceuticals, Health, etc.
During the duration of this programme, the participants will be involved in peer interactions and deep-dive coaching sessions. Working with a carefully curated curriculum and a world-class faculty, participants will engage in master classes covering topics crucial for entrepreneurial success, including Leading an Effective Business, Effective Marketing/Brand Building, Legal & Regulatory Framework for SMEs, Strategic Planning, and Effective Financial Planning.
The induction ceremony was graced by esteemed personalities from FSDH Group including Mrs. Bukola Smith, the MD/CEO of FSDH Merchant Bank, Gold Nwoke, Head of the Women Banking Desk at FSDH Merchant Bank, Dennis Ezaga, Head, Business Banking and our esteemed Programme Facilitator and partner, Fabia Ogunmekan.
During the induction, Mrs. Bukola Smith shared insightful tips from her personal journey, emphasizing the transformative power of coaching programmes. She encouraged participants to actively engage in the sessions, drawing from her own experiences to highlight the immense value of continuous learning and self-improvement. Mrs. Smith reaffirmed FSDH’s unwavering commitment to equipping women with the necessary tools and resources they need to thrive in today’s competitive business landscape.
