We are proud to announce the latest addition to our arsenal – we have just received the prestigious Great Place To Work certification. This certification underscores our unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace culture founded on trust, respect, fairness, and employee engagement. This goes to show how much efforts we put in to ensure our employees thrive and feel valued. 

The Great Place To Work Certification is a coveted acknowledgment that recognizes organizations dedicated to creating an exceptional employee experience. It emphasizes that a great workplace is not solely about tangible benefits but is built on intangible factors like trust and camaraderie, making employees genuinely proud of their work. 

At FSDH Merchant Bank, we achieved this esteemed certification through a rigorous evaluation process, adhering to the Great Place To Work Trust Model and the Trust Index Survey. This survey plays a pivotal role in assessing workplace culture from the perspective that matters most – that of our employees. It provides an in-depth and comprehensive insight into the health of our internal organization.
